Bonjour et bienvenue. C’est avec plaisir que je vous accueille sur mon site Internet.

Je suis Britannique mais installé en Bretagne depuis 1994 venant du Pays de Galles. Inscrit à la Maison des Artistes, je gagne ma vie comme artiste-peintre-portraitiste. Je peins les paysages de la Bretagne, dessine les portraits et vends mes tableaux sur les marchés locaux. Peut-être avez-vous visité mon atelier à Dinan ou vu mon stand sur les marchés à Dinan, Rennes ou Combourg?

Je travaille principalement l’aquarelle avec un mélange des styles impressionniste et anglais traditionnel. L’héritage culturel breton et ses liens celtiques avec le Pays de Galles sont une grande source d’inspiration pour moi. La plupart de mes aquarelles représentent les villes pittoresques et ports de pêche bretons qui reflètent un mode de vie simple et rural que j’aime.

Welcome to my website. I’m a British artist living and working in Brittany, France.

I moved to Brittany from Wales in 1994 and since then I have been painting the local landscape, drawing portraits and selling my work in the Breton market places. You may have visited my studio in Dinan or seen my stand at Dinan, Combourg or Rennes?

I am a registered artist in France with an affiliation to la Maison des Artistes. I work predominantly in watercolour combining impressionism with the traditional English style. My inspiration comes from Brittany’s rich cultural heritage and its ancient Celtic links to Wales. My work depicts the picturesque market towns and fishing villages of the region, reflecting a simple rural lifestyle.
